The breakfast here was amazing, fresh, and had a wide variety of food options that I loved. the room was well-equipped and even had a bathtub which was nice. It's in a really convenient location, super close to the train station 🚉.

Hotel staff speak great English. The room is spacious. But don't expect any luxury despite the 4-star rating. It is more like a motel in North America. The hotel is very close to Offenburg train station, a logistic centre to traffics in the Black Forest region.

Nothing for me. But there's no ac in room. I wouldn't stay there if it is really hot.

Although the hotel was clean one day they did not clean our room...just a mistake I assume..we didn't raise it with them. It was hot the days we were in Offenburg and air conditioning would have been a nice feature which they didn't have.

The staff were helpful. The accomodations fit our needs and the location made it easy to walk to town.

It was a smokeless room but the smell of smoke came in through the vents or air ways, especially at the entry door.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay and discover the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The location in the city center was fantastic, situated in a quiet area on a leafy street. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the ensuite shower and toilet, were clean and well-maintained.

No improvements needed, all was great!
